U.S.-Based · Global Sourcing & Supply Coordination

Flooring, across the whole scope.

Danerra coordinates flooring across the full project scope. Hardwood, engineered wood, LVT, tile and carpet are planned as one scope — transitions, quantities and finishes coordinated together and sequenced to the install order rather than ordered area by area.

The Category

One scope,

not area by area.

Flooring runs through every space, and different areas call for different products: hardwood in one room, LVT in another, tile or carpet elsewhere. We coordinate the full range against the project so the transitions, quantities and finishes are planned as one scope rather than ordered area by area.

Because flooring is high-volume and sequence-sensitive, we align supply to the install order, so each product arrives when its area is ready and the right material reaches the right floor.

Planned as one scope, sequenced to install.

What This Includes

The flooring types we coordinate.

Engineered wood

Engineered boards for stability across large areas.

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT)

Durable LVT matched to appearance and traffic.

Tile

Porcelain and ceramic floor tile coordinated with finishes.

Broadloom and tile carpet graded for use and acoustics.

Project-specific solutions

Specialty and bespoke flooring to the project.

How We Coordinate It

Aligned to quantities and install order.

Flooring sourcing runs from the finishes schedule. We translate the floor plan into a supply brief, match each area to the right product and grade, and pre-qualify suppliers on quality and volume before committing.

Quantities, wastage and transitions are planned against the drawings so the right amount of the right material reaches each floor, and samples are approved to the scheme before production.

Flooring meets every other category at the threshold, so we coordinate it with marble and stone, finishing materials, wall panels and cabinetry — keeping transitions and finishes consistent underfoot.

The right material, on the right floor, in order.

Sequenced to Site
Every product arrives when its floor is ready.

Marble & Stone

Natural and engineered stone, fabricated to drawing.

Finishing Materials

Tiles, mosaics, trim and accessories — the final layer.

Wall Panels

Decorative, acoustic and cladding finishing systems.

Cabinets

Kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and millwork built to drawing.
