We typically acknowledge your RFQ within one business day with a named contact. A structured proposal follows within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the breadth of the scope and the number of categories involved.
Do I need final drawings to request a quote?
No. We can scope on preliminary information and refine as drawings become available. Sharing whatever you have early simply helps us respond faster and more accurately.
What categories should I request together?
Danerra’s model works best when two or more categories are coordinated together — that’s where one contract, one timeline and one contact replace a tangle of vendors. Single-category projects are usually better served by a specialist supplier, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Is there a minimum project size?
